The conglomerate's Main Promoter is an experienced campaigner with a wealth of knowledge in the field of project execution & automobiles. Mr. K.C. Jain has an experience of more than 30 years in the field of construction & infrastructure. Mr. KC Jain belongs to a family of freedom fighters and political leaders as well. His father Mr. Maniklal Shrishrimal actively participated in India’s freedom struggle & elder Brother was Mayor of & MLA from Raipur. Among other achievements he has also been recognized by American Biographical Institute (ABI) for his contribution to Infrastructure in India. Presently he is also Director of The Raipur Urban Merchantile Co-op Bank Ltd.

History
1950's:As one the oldest industrial family of Central Indian Chhattisgarh region (CG State), "The Shrishrimal's" were popularly termed as the Rice Kings (Khemraj Nemichand Group) for their remarkable contribution in putting up rice mills over the length and breadth of the region. Business expansion took place in field of Solvent Extraction afterwards.
1980's:Division took place in the bigger family business and KC & VC Jain brothers ventured away from family business into the field of Road Construction & turnkey Infrastructure in the early 80's.
2000: With the vision of customer orientated businesses on the horizon in start of 2000 diversification into Automobiles took place with consolidated showrooms of Honda Motorcycles (2002) & Ford Motor Company (2006).
Incorporation & Since
2008: AKS was incorporated in 2008 with Mr KC Jain as Promoter
2009: Foray into residential real estate as AKS INFRATECH
2013: Turnkey service center setup of Timken India in Kumhari
2015: Foray into Investments as AKS INVESTMENTS
2016: AKS INFRATECH's project Villa California awarded the best 2nd home project in Central India
2022 : Varun Honda completes 20 years as a Honda 2W Dealership & crosses a milestone of 100,000 deliveries.
